Testimonals
The Nature Within Retreat with Nea was an amazing experience that leaves an imprint deep in your body, soul and mind. Words have hard to actually make justice to the experience. Nea's natural ability to see and reach people is phenomenal, and her energy both uplifting and soothing at the same time, she is a true gem and talent and I am so grateful to have experienced this retreat guided by her. Her enthusiasm and engagement with each and every one in the group of participants was nothing but honest curiosity and care. Her sharing of beautiful insights of life's preciousness poured over all of us and we were blessed with just having to receive all the goodness she seemingly effortlessly kept vocalizing. For me personally the integration of nature in all aspects of the retreat was extremely symbolic since I find so much comfort and strength from being in nature. The wind in the trees surrounding the beautiful tucked away house where the retreat was held meant something extra special to me. The space Nea creates will always be a space of heart warming vulnerability and with a joyful laugh just around the corner. I can not recommend her retreat enough. Thankful.

It is with gratitude and admiration that I share my experience with Nea.
Having participated in both group and private classes under her guidance, I can confidently say that she embodies the perfect balance of mind, body, and spirit—a true inspiration as a yoga teacher.
Nea possesses an incredible ability to teach technique with clarity and precision, ensuring every movement feels intentional and safe.
Her warm encouragement to listen to your body resonates deeply, fostering a practice that feels uniquely personal and empowering.
Beyond her skill as a teacher, Nea has been a steadfast source of support on my spiritual journey. Her empathetic nature and thoughtful insights have shaped not only my yoga practice but also my outlook on life.
Over time, she has become much more than a teacher to me but also a special friend.
If you are searching for a yoga instructor who will elevate your practice and inspire growth in every facet of your being, I wholeheartedly recommend Nea.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of attending Nea’s Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga classes, as well as her deeply transformative Reiki trainings—and I can honestly say, they are nothing short of incredible.
Her Vinyasa classes are an empowering blend of strength, flow, and breath. Every movement feels purposeful, every transition mindful. I leave each session feeling grounded, invigorated, and more connected to my body.
Her Yin and Restorative classes are pure medicine for the soul. Nea holds space with such gentle presence and care, allowing deep rest, emotional release, and true healing to unfold. The peace I experience during these sessions stays with me long after I leave the mat.
And her Reiki trainings—they’re life-changing. Nea shares her knowledge with such humility, wisdom, and heart. The space she creates for learning and growth is sacred. I walked away from each level feeling empowered, supported, and more in tune with both my inner self and the energy around me.
Nea’s offerings are filled with warmth, intuition, and deep integrity. Whether you’re looking to move, rest, heal, or grow—she truly offers something special.

Nea’s natural and authentic support for the group during the retreat was amazing. I felt connected with others while having the space to rest & heal on my own in a beautiful nature environment. A retreat to include as part of my regular self- care.
